The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems.

Being strong and mobile is being both self- and social- responsible. Having tones of ambitions and goals on the plate for the mind and soul, body is the anchor in which we should trust without hesitation.

BODY – oh dear body, will never fail you if you only take care of her/ him with dedication and consistency. Not for the look – for the warrior within !

Always take into consideration that the entirety of our well-being, appearance and aura begins with how we nurture ourselves from the inside.

Take care of what you eat, it affects your energy and appearance.
Take care of your physical health and tissue metabolism – this is the key to long, efficient functioning.
Make sure you constantly educate yourself, it ensures healthy functioning in society and also prevents senile dementia.

Over the years, we have developed certain habits that deprive us of our fitness. Instead of kneading bread dough ourselves, we use a robot. Bah! not even anymore, we go to the store and everything is available immediately, our only effort is to unlock the card with our own image on the phone screen. Easy right? Instead of collecting firewood, we unscrew the radiator, and instead of mending a hole in a T-shirt, we buy a new one. It’s all extra! But I think we have forgotten that we lose our dexterity, which is limited to using the index finger.
Maybe since we should have more time due to all this, let’s dedicate it to becoming strong fighters?
This will help us start improving self-discipline. Faster recovery after injury, more energy during the day, less spine pain, better well-being are just the beginning of the benefits of physical activity.
